How do I order?

Pick your arrangement and size, add your card message and delivery date, and check out. We'll take care of the rest.

Want different colors? Leave a note at checkout and we'll design around it.

Why a hatbox instead of a vase?

Many of our arrangements come in Parisian-inspired hatboxes with a water source built in. No vase needed, just set it out and enjoy. Every order comes with care instructions.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Deliveries arrive between 11 AM and 6 PM on your selected date. You'll get an email when your order is on the way.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Order by 2 PM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2 PM go out the next delivery day.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Choose "Pickup" at checkout. Our studio is at 3910 University Dr, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. Pickup hours are 11 AM–5 PM Monday to Friday and 11 AM–1 PM on Saturday. We'll email you when your order is ready.

What if the recipient isn't home?

We'll leave the arrangement at the door, front desk or wherever the recipient asks. Please include their phone number so we can reach them if needed. We only call when necessary.
