• Include the recipient's phone number. The single biggest cause of failed deliveries is a driver at a locked lobby with no way to reach anyone.
• Give the full address: apartment number, business suite, gate codes. "The blue house on Main" costs your flowers an hour.
• Business deliveries: order early. Offices close; an order placed right at the cutoff can arrive after the front desk locks up. For workplaces, morning orders are safest.
